I was using one by awesome mod so I deleted that one and went here at Mod the Sims and got cmar_SkinTonePanel_BodySliders1.38.zip Just go to Downloads/Sims 3/ Mods and click latest updates to find it. My first problem was a mod I was using to increase the skin tone selector so I can scroll though all my custom skin tones. If you look at my screen cap below that is a picture of the problem I was having.įirst thing I did was go into my Mods/Packages folder and move everything to another folder on my desktop. Ok I finally solved my problem and I hope this helps you too.

This problem seems to be the result of skins in my mods folder and not skins installed via the launcher. When I remove all of my custom skin tones from my mods folder, I am again able to create supernatural sims and see my skin tones. I am having the exact same problem with my custom skin tones except not only am I unable to see any skin tones at all, it also takes away my ability to create supernatural sims. Anyone else experienced this that uses custom skin tones? My sim called to hire a butler and outside the house in the street are at least 8 butlers all bunched up together. I tried clearing up my dc backup files, thumbnails, as well as the files that are always suggested to delete in the main Electronic Arts folder and so on. Though they are still showing on my sims when I am in CAS there isn't any icons for the skin tones and nothing to click on. I have 2 problems since updating to 1.38 and installing Supernatural.
